TwitchCon 2019

TwitchCon 2019 took over about one-third of the San Diego Convention Center, and hosted more than 30,000 attendees. TwitchCon 2019 featured a wide range of activities, including panel discussions, keynote speeches, meet and greets with popular streamers, and gaming competitions. Attendees had the opportunity to try out new games, participate in cosplay contests, and interact with other members of the Twitch community. One of the highlights of TwitchCon 2019 was the keynote address by Twitch CEO Emmett Shear, in which he announced several new features and initiatives for the platform. These included improved moderation tools, new monetization options for streamers, and the launch of a Twitch Studio app for new streamers. Other notable events at TwitchCon 2019 included the Twitch Rivals tournament, which featured teams of popular streamers competing in games like Apex Legends and League of Legends, and the Twitch Sings Karaoke competition, in which attendees could compete for prizes by singing their favorite songs on stage.
